In 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, you get enough powertrain choices and all of them are capable. There are five engines and various traction systems on offer.

However, the ride quality varies from trim chosen through the Jeep Grand Cherokee does not disappoint in off-roading. Strangely, the optional air suspension affects ride quality on urban roads adversely with some jitters and vibrations affecting the passengers. However, on rocky terrain- it works very well.
