The forthcoming 2019 Lincoln MKX model is a 5-passenger luxury SUV that will be released next year as Lincoln Nautilus. The newest SUV will get many refreshments. Furthermore, this model will still carry the old front grille and the front-end treatment overall. But that is not a bad thing as Lincoln MKX still looks perfect. This SUV offers plenty of luxury, even BMW X5, Jaguar F-Pace and other competitors find it hard to keep it up with MKX. 2019 Lincoln MKX exterior design
The exterior of 2019 Lincoln MKX or Nautilus is very similar to the previous-generation of Ford Edge. Of course, some styling cues separate those two models, like the split front grille, and a new LED lighting system.
18-inch wheels come as standard, but they can be increased to 20 or 21-inches. Exclusive set of exterior paint color is enhanced just as company’s badges. Premier trim offers some cool features like LED taillights and reverse-sensing system. Rearview camera and heated side mirrors are also included.

The cabin of the upcoming Nautilus model is equipped with plenty of high-quality materials like leather seats and aluminum-wood accents. The overall appeal is more than elegant. Big Panoramic Vista Roof provides more interior light and more air as well. The second row offers a generous room with almost 40 inches of legroom and the number is even larger in the front.
Center stack comes with a new Sync3 system which is using an 8-inch touchscreen that controls Bluetooth, navigation, audio and even climate system. If you opt for a Selector Reserve trims, Revel audio system will come as a standard.
2019 Lincoln MKX engine
Lincoln offers two drivetrain options for the 2019 Lincoln MKX aka Nautilus. This luxury SUV is using a 2.0-liter four as a standard. The unit produces up to 245 HP and 280 lb-ft of torque. For additional $2,000 you can get even more powerful 2.7-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine.
This V6 can burst 335 HP and 380 lb-ft of torque. At this moment there is no info about fuel-efficiency, but we expect great numbers on both engines. The 6-speed automatic transmission will be offered.
2019 Lincoln MKX price, release date and competitors
Base price for the 2019 Lincoln MKX is around $40,000 that is equipped with a front-wheel-drive and 2.9-liter four engines. Select trim is slightly more expensive. Furthermore, with some trims, this model can go up to $60,000.
The upcoming 2019 MKX ‘s price is slightly higher than its competitor Acura RDX, and in line with Cadillac XT5. However, Lincoln’s SUV is cheaper than Audi Q5 and Lexus RX.
